SABAH, 26 May 2024 – Secretary General, Ybhg. Datuk Seri Isham bin Ishak conducted a Working Visit to the Army Development Camp in Felda Sahabat, Lahad Datu, Sabah.
This initiative is among the earliest projects closely supervised by the Secretary General since assuming his position at the Ministry of Defence. It aims to bolster the capability and readiness of the Malaysian Army in addressing contemporary threats, thereby enhancing the security of Sabah's eastern waters.
During the visit, the Secretary General participated in a walking brief session and received a comprehensive update from the implementing agency, the Defence Engineering Services Division (BPKP). The briefing covered the latest progress of the project and outlined future plans to ensure the project remains on track.
