Kuala Lumpur, 6 March 2024 - The Ministry of Defence's Know Your Customer Day (HBP) was successfully held at the Dato' Jamil Ahmad Hall, Kem Perdana, Sungai Besi.
This event served as a direct platform for customers, functioning as a One-Stop Centre, offering a range of services aimed at addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints. The event facilitated question-and-answer sessions through counter services, allowing customers to receive immediate assistance, as well as providing a channel for feedback and suggestions.
Various activities were organized during the event, including welfare services catered to personnel of the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF), Koperasi Tentera, KAGAT, PERHEBAT, UGAT, and PERNAMA. Additionally, external agencies such as the blood donation programme, LPPSA, PTPN, Tabung Haji, KTMB, and demonstrations by JBPM were also part of the event, enhancing its outreach.
