SELANGOR, 14 March 2024 – Minister of Defence, YB Khaled Nordin, participated in a Friendly Session with Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) personnel at the Al-Muhajirin Mosque, Subang Air Base.
During the event, YB Minister of Defence extended greetings to RMAF personnel and distributed welfare donations to 20 RMAF members, as part of an initiative to alleviate the burden on those in need, particularly MAF members during the Ramadan period.
Following this, he visited the maintenance site of the Armed Forces Family Home (RKAT) in Block G2 to assess the living conditions and environment of Defence Personnel and their families.
Subsequently, YB Minister of Defence presented a symbolic check for the total allocation of RM69.5 million for RKAT Maintenance for the year 2024 to the Chief of Air Force, along with an allocation of RM7.01 million for RKAT Maintenance and Subang Air Base Accommodation Block for the same year.
Also present was the Deputy Minister of Defence, YB Adly bin Zahari, and Chief of Defence Force.
