Kuala Lumpur, 22 March 2023 – Defence Minister, YB Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hassan witnessed and officiated the 29th Chief of Defence Forces Handover Ceremony at Wisma Pertahanan.

Today, General Datuk Seri Mohammad bin Ab Rahman officially holds the 29th Chief of Defence Forces position, replacing General Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Zamrose bin Mohd Zain, the 28th Chief of Defence Forces, effective 22 March 2023.

The Defence Minister also expressed his congratulatory messages in to the newly appointed Chief of Defence Forces, and expressed his appreciation to the former 28th Chief of Defence Forces for his services and devotion to the nation during his service.
