KUALA LUMPUR, 13 March 2023 – A total of 109,335 LTAT contributors are set to receive a dividend rate of five percent, as per announced by the Defence Minister.

Defence Minister, YB Dato’ Seri Utama Mohamad bin Haji Hasan officiated the Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera (LTAT) Dividend Announcement Ceremony and presented the MyWira App Lucky Draw to selected contributors at Chulan Tower.

For the record, the announced dividend for the previous year is 4.1 percent, and the dividend rate that was announced today is also the highest rate since 2020.

The increment shows that LTAT is always committed in ensuring each contributor benefits from their investment, and is aligned with their efforts and sacrifices.

To ensure each contributor receives the appropriate benefits, LTAT always strives to give better returns to their contributors, which is aligned with the Ministry of Defence’s welfare agenda in preserving the contributors’ moral and social security, specifically for the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF).

The 2022 Dividend Accreditation will be done on 10th March 2023 (Friday). Contributors can retrieve the latest information through the MyWira mobile application or the LTAT website at www.ltlt.org.my. The MyWira application can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

The MyWira Lucky Draw Prize Presentation was also done in the same ceremony to 10 winners who are LTAT contributors and the closing ceremony for the 50th LTAT Anniversary.

The MyWira LTAT First Prize winner is Able Seaman, Isnain Fitri bin Mat Rajab from Headquarters (HQ) Naval Region 2, Kota Kinabalu who won the Proton X50 that is worth RM119,000, sponsored by Boustead. Meanwhile, the runner-up for the MyWira LTAT lucky draw, Corporal Mohd Ameerul Amir bin Abdul Manah from the Army Headquarters (HQ) Vehicle Fleet, Kem Jalan Padang Tembak, Kuala Lumpur, won a Perodua Myvi that is worth RM60,000, sponsored by Affin Bank Berhad.

Also present is, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, Ybhg. Dato’ Sri Muez bin Abd Aziz, Chief of Defence Forces, General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj. Affendi bin Buang RMAF, Service Chiefs, and the Top Management for the Ministry and Armed Forces.
