Sarawak, 25 February 2023 – The army held the Class 1 Repalman Course (Decentralised) Series 12/22.

The course that was held for 11 weeks and followed by 5 weeks of Latihan Sambil Kerja (LSK) is designed to shape a repal to be competent in terms of knowledge and the concept of war, in addition to providing exposure related to the application of weaponry at the company level.

The course participants consist of 11th Battalion Royal Malaysian Regiment (11th BRMR), 13th BRMR, 20th BRMR, 3rd Royal Ranger Regiment (3 RRR), 10 RRR, 6th Regimen Sempadan (RS) Battalion, 7 RS, 9 RS and, 10 RS.

The closing ceremony of the Class 1 Repalman Course (Decentralised) Series 12/22 was officiated by a representative of the 13th Battalion Royal Malaysian Regiment Commanding Officer, located at Tinteng Seru, Sri Aman on the 22nd of February. A total of 145 personnel were involved.

Pvt. Mohd Nidzam Kongku Ejing@Abd Asnih from 9 RS was awarded as the Best Overall Participant, white the Best Academic Participant was awarded to Pvt. Muhammad Eizam Hafis Mahadi from 20th BRMR. Meanwhile, the Best Marching Participant was awarded to Pvt. Putera Dinie Al-Aziz Mohd Shair from 3 RRR.
